I used to take things apart just to see why they worked. Phones, gadgets, apps anything. Engineering gave me a way to do that for a living. Design gave me a better one.

With 3+ years across SaaS and consumer products, I specialise in designing tools people actually want to use from property management platforms at SaffronStays to health and wellness apps at OZiva. I hold a Master's in Digital Service Design, which mostly taught me to slow down before jumping to solutions. I work across the full process research, problem framing, prototyping, and working closely with product and engineering to make sure what ships matches what was designed.

I do my best work when the problem is still unclear the stage where good questions matter more than good screens.
